Deposit And Cancellation Policy
Reservations and deposits
A 20% deposit is required to reserve your chosen date and time. Please note that an arrangement is confirmed only once the deposit has been received.
Deposits may be made by bank transfer or another payment method agreed upon in advance. The remaining balance is due at the beginning of our scheduled experience.
Changes and cancellations
I understand that plans can occasionally change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred once to another mutually agreed date, subject to availability. If the rescheduled arrangement is cancelled or moved again, the original deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to reserve any alternative date.
When fewer than 48 hours’ notice is provided, the deposit cannot be refunded or transferred.
Travel Expenses
Flights, rail tickets, accommodation and any other travel-related costs are charged separately. Once purchased or confirmed, these expenses are non-refundable unless a refund or credit is provided by the relevant airline, hotel or other third-party provider.
In the unlikely event that I need to cancel our arrangement, your deposit will be refunded in full. Any travel expenses already committed to third-party providers will remain subject to their individual cancellation and refund policies.
